ADHD - Is There a Causal Effect?
We can evaluate causality indirectly. There are methods that have been identified in science. One of the most powerful is called Mendelian randomization. We did this experiment for lead, and we can see that the effect of lead on ADHD is far stronger with one genotype than the other. That's the kind of thing we can do to start to establish causality.
