In English, we have however many words for different shades of blue. People with prosopagnosia have difficulty recognizing faces. And it can also be difficulty with recognizing your own face. I think that's one of the first steps to becoming a more compassionate empathetic person is realizing that everyone else's behaviors, responses, actions are a result of their own perception of the world.
