20, 20 thousand supporters of far right republican president donald trump stormed the us Capitol building in an attempt to overturn the results of the election. While it's tempting to dismiss the event as laughable and a joke, led by incompetent weird os, shamans and the like, they did have powerful allies in the government. In the end, rous civil disorder was probably only avoided by the far right christian supremacis vice president mike pence refusing to excede his authority and overturn the election. It was a close call, and a timely reminder that liberal democracy is not as stable as it may appear.
