The Supreme Court's Overturning of the Pay Discrimination Act
Lulee Ledbetter sued for paid discrimination. She was the only female manager in entire Plantin Alabama where it was extremely hard to be a woman manager, particularly back then. They came up with this crazy rule where they said she had to file her complaint within some very limited period of time that was 45 days of when she was first underpaid. So it was just clear they just didn't want to give her a right to be okay. And as we said Congress did rectify that the Land Better Fair Pay Act President Obama signed which was very unusual.
