Are You an Introvert?

Did you find that the people around you, the people at yaho, really believe in that mission? Did you sense that there was sort of doubt baked into into the culture of the company? I'll answer that question in two parts. One is with an anecdote, and another is with a process we run through on my fourth or fifth day the company. If you have a bad attitude and you're not a good performer, it's all so easy, likethey, should absolutly not be there.
