The Importance of Understanding the User's Experience
I like documentation that is interactive in some way and I've built a few of these before myself where we would teach you about the this there was a particular product and had an API. We found that people would just go through the flow because it was fun and kind of enjoyable. Just tweaking language can sometimes make a big difference but it's building for an international audience so it's tough to get that right probably. It's really about understanding that what people are doing what they're feeling at that moment as well i think when I started my career thinking about how people are feeling using the software would have sounded a bit like whoa I probably yeah I wouldn't have respected it as much as now
