The Importance of Listening to God's Word
In Numbers 15, God sends a prophet to rebuke Eli and deliver the bad news that everyone in Eli's family is going to die young. The Levites have sinned with a high hand; as a result, they'll be cut off from God. Meanwhile, Samuel is serving humbly at the tabernacle when he receives an audibly-spoken message from God.
