We all want to be the best boss ever, right? And that's the point of it. But when people start trying to dedicate time to CEO time or focus time or admin time, what I find happens is doctors kind of freaking out when they're not prepping a crown. They sabotage the time by filling it with just low level kind of menial tasks and even solving really low level problems in the practice.
