Integrated Living Is More Satisfying Than Atomic Living

AJ: How do you spend less time having shallower optimized relations atomize relationships through a screen and more time having rich in person relationships where you get the full experience of other people. A non integrated day for me would look like waking up in the morning, bringing my daughter to the kindergarten,. rushing to bring her to the kindergarten, coming back home, getting on my laptop... And I actually think the remote work, um, revolution has created even more of a reason to separate work in life. The more creatively we can integrate the various parts of life that matter to us, the more satisfied we'll be in our day today.
