Is There a Value of a Number When It's Not Robust?
There are a number of numbers out there with varying degrees of robustness. And i'm to be honest, i can't tell you how many there are. If the figures suggested in the late nineties are true, then a figure of below 500 thousand is probably true. But what we don't know is whether that figure, that starting point, was actuy an accurate figure.
