With the power of attorniy for finances, this is one that can really play out while you're still living. So i had a call from a banker to day a regarding a property with my mam. And so as her back up trustee, and with power of attorney i, i was able to step right in,. sign those things, and we're done. That was what the purpose of the trust was too. You're going to live a long and wonderful life, but you're not going to lose steam at the end.
