Witness Protection Programs Can Be Controversial

The US justice system has huge problems, massive inequality and dirty things happening that are against the letter and spirit of the law. The wealthy in this country have an entirely different set of laws most times. We're talking about something close to a shadow organization that tries to match what the Marshall service does.
