The Holy Breath in Sufism

Gurgeous methods of self observation and self remembrance are treme ously important, potent ways to wake up. Only by beginning to remember oneself a person, begin to awaken stated girdie. The sufis make extensive use of the holy breath in their ceremony named zicrula. In ancient hebrew, corny greek, latin and old derivative languages as well as old german, old english, there is no distinction between spirit and breath.
