The Role of Exercise in Recovery

The nose is obviously left and right, not sure. They're separated by the septum. Septum is predominantly cartilaginous. There's another, there is a small aspect of it that is membranous. At rest, breathing through your nose does improve your recovery. The two terminates on either side of the nose are vascular structures which go through what we were referring to before called the normal nasal cycle where one swells and the other one decreases in size.
