i have clearly a lifetime of beating myself up, tearing myself down and regretting decisions that i made. I want to change that when you raise your hand and hi five your own reflection. When you raised that hand, the subconscious part brain kicks in, and it overrides oll of the negative stuff you think. You cannot stand in front of that mere rich and go, god, i look fat and high five yourself. It's impossible. Your brain can't do it. And so to me, the coolest thing about the high five is this. First al i'm demanding that you try it, especially if you think it's stupid as hell. That's number one. Number two
