How to Establish Authority on Video and Social Media

A common mistake people make when they get on video or social media in general is they want to be relatable. That's the authority and you need that if you want people to trust you enough to buy from you. It all goes back to storytelling though because obviously other people are doing exactly what you do. So how can we differentiate you from them and get people to remember you?
