Strategic Gifting: How We Focus on the Client Experience

I think all of the agencies that we interview on this program that have gone to seven figures in retaining this growth level are really focused on the client result. At the bottom line, is did we make you money? Are we creating good experience? And do you understand how we're focused on moving you forward? I think you guys have done a really great job with that. So when they start with us, we always send knives. We've never once sent anything with lift on it. Because again, there's just power in names and our name doesn't mean anything to them.
