We really don't do any marketing it's strictly Jason's articles so I think he's starting to do a tiny bit of marketing now but it's pretty much all and we have a constant flow of prospects coming in. Some firms go from hourly and project fees into also doing the assets under management but I think you said your firm is focused on building a network of other advisors and and and refers all that out. So I guess I'm just curious like why all the like referring out and joint work instead of doing some of this internally even if you're marketing it?
