Is Running Necessary for Strength Training?

You want to make sure that you are doing this not right after your leg day. There are endless combinations of how to incorporate cardio into a strength training routine, and there's no one size fits all. So prioritizor strength training workouts first, and then sprinkle in your runs from there. If you aren't recovering well, if you have constant soreness or tightness, or if you're feeling weaker, take out a run and repeat the process again.
