My dad taught me that it's a myth in the military. He said, if you act like a big deal and not battle situations, you're mental shoots you before the enemy. So he was quite a guy. And then my mother was just an amazing person. Her family were immigrants from Germany. She had four brothers and they all quit school at 16 to get work. She's the only one to graduate of my school. There's a pearl of goodness in every human being dig for it. I've been a digger all my life mark looking for that good in people. It's about we as leadership. It's not about my power.
