During the beta we weren't charging any customers for using the product. We were just building the product, listening to our customers and talking to our customers about the features. The average response time to a support ticket that we have is I think it's about 40 seconds or something silly like that. So from me as a founder through to our kind of development team, you know, even everyone's kind of on the ball when it comes to making sure customers don't feel like they're being taken for granted.
