I know that we're not really teaching meditation in this podcast but I really in a lot of my conversations with the podcast I taught more and more about it because we connected at a meditation retreat. What's immediately coming to me first is worthiness and during those dark days coming home and I had the baby so that was a big motivation. A 90 minute meditations may not be the first place to start for everyone but a five minute quiet time could be a good place or something in between.
