How to Fast for a Better Quality of Sleep

Once you've sort of mastered the 12 12 which is relatively easy most people can do without really blinking an eye, adding on a night limiter so making sure that when you're thinking about your eating, you are now eating your last meal three to four hours before you go to sleep. And the nice thing about that as well when you when you make your last meal a little earlier in the evening it also allows for your stomach to empty. So I love the night limiter as a next step.
