What Do You Think About Leadership When Things Are Falling Apart?
When things start hitting the fan and everything starts going south, then people want somebody to follow that's decisive. And we see it all fall apart is when someone who used to be the richest man in the world lets the ego take over. So Tim Cook would be making a mistake if he decided to act just like Steve. He doesn't know how to act like Steve and he can't act like Steve, but he can take a hard look to what the religion of Apple is like.
