It happens so much but it does happened with specific works of art, like either someone collapsed or just something that is designed to look like rubbish. So there was a, er, in 20 11, there was an art work which featured a bath tub with a sort of thick scummy line around the inside. And that was scrubbed by an over zealous member of cleaning.
