If you're working for a company that's still measuring the time you sit in your desk, i would try to get out of that and find a way to measure your output based on results. I think another thing on that one is just stacking calls. If you're gong to have calls, don't have a half hour call, then a half hour break, then ahalf hour call together. In a good remote environment, results should win out. Ad i think it's actually really powerful when companies move to a more asynchrenous environment.
