Jay Tatum was a ball boy at Virginia when they were the number one ranked team in the country. When he graduated from Bowling Green as the leading three-point shooter in school history, he went to Europe and played 12 years of pro ball. He's really learned every aspect of coaching from his dad, from our family, from the time he was eight years old. And Jay has done that wherever he's been; he's just an absolutely terrific coach.
