When we started to talk to Fenway, I think there are about two dozen, maybe a little bit more minority owners in Fenway sports group. We designed a really elegant transaction structure that provided our fund was from nice downside protection, duration enhancement, and return enhancement. The diligence process here is actually no different than any other direct investment. All these businesses are audited by a pay for, auditing firm. They have lenders. And interestingly, they all go through a second audit. They all get audited by their League.
