How Long Can You Expect to Deliver a Product?
When you're pre selling on your own site, what do you think the longest you can get away with in terms of delivery of a product is? I wouldn't want to do more than six months and I would err towards more like two or three being a safe range. And what do you do with cash? I think about this every time we run ECF live and it's horrible now that we sell the tickets in one calendar year and have the event in another year because you have this huge cash infusion.
