Matthew Keenan is one of the veterans in Nang. Retired, he spends his time volunteering at the local daycare centers which support victims of Agent Orange. The chemical defoliant was sprayed on Vietnamese jungles and villages during the war. Millions of gallons of it were used by the US army.
