What's the Standard Time for a Patent Application?

I looked at this is a problem from the podcast. Was it a utility patent or design patent? Those utility patent. Design patents a lot cheaper, but there's just not a lot of protection on it. And then one last question is, so you mentioned it's been almost a year now. Now did they say, what's the standard time for, for it to be like completely active or, or completed? Was it like two years, three years? I don't remember like I looked at last night.
