Change Is Not Necessary
Without change, the church is going to get stuck. Most churches will drift from the mission of making disciples. Find what you're successful at in that process, and then lean into those things. For karl's church, that became connecting with a shelter for single mobs. And what they found was that really gave them an outsized impact on their small church.
