Kelsey: We have seen strong labor markets, but it's really important to understand that the labor market is a lagging indicator. Kelsey: Just because risk assets are doing well now doesn't mean that a recession isn't on the horizon. "We're seeing spreads right now on high-yield bonds at the tightest levels going back to April of 2022," she says.
