Sally Kohn: Have you always focused on the foreclosure instead of, I guess, that aspect because there's two ways that you could do real estate investing. You kind of go for the cheapest ones or some people think that's too much of a hassle,. But I'm wondering maybe why you chose that strategy and you've always done it. Kohn: It gives you some downside protection. It also does give you scalability. And so with a game like this, we're trying to get as many of these mortgage income streams as I can.
