Zoom Hangouts Worked, but I'm Not Sure What to Do With Them

Some of the most fruitful conversations I've had are like spontaneous conversations that happen when someone roams into your office sits down and you start talking about politics or whatever else. We tried during the pandemic to have like Zoom hangouts within the office where you like have a random group of three or four people every week and you're all on Zoom together. And by the fourth, it was like we are clearly so unbelievably out of gas. It's just so blatantly obvious to me that my God, I would much rather have cocktails with someone than to drink at home alone in front of a screen that they are virtually appearing on.
