Many many of the classical techniques and even modern techniques are focused on noticing either the as if-ness of it or noticing the inadvertent artifacts of the constructedness of it, for example just as a metaphor or an analogy. When you start noticing it that sense of both real and not real at the same time becomes quite intense. I'm curious in your phenomenology you're calling it suchness which is a term we use in Buddhist or Hindu practice but I'm curious do you have a term that describes the feeling of something being real maybe it's transparency?
