The Constraints of Evolution, Partly Genetics

Bacteria and archaea did not come out with complexity, morphological complexity. There was a constraint that was not a genetic constraint. And I think it was a constraint linked with energy. The conditions are kind of basically not conducive to change. Evolution can happen really quickly. But most of the time it's stuck in a rut.
