The final chapter of the book is about embrace productive rest. Ye, i wish somebody had told me this earlier in my career, that rest is counter intuitivly one of the most productive things that we can possibly do. T, every other hour is your ultradian rhythms, conocycle. T number two is nightly sleep, getting at eight hours sleep opportunity every night. The third is weekly sabbath. And as i have been practising and prioritizing those three rhythms of rest, i have been more productive than ever before.
