The micro architecture of the processor has three phases. Phase one involves loading in new instruction depending on where program counter is pointing to. The second phase is the decode and execute phase, which executes the instruction. Final phase involves storing data somewhere and also incrematingprogram counter so that it points to location of next instruction.
