The Importance of CI to Student Ratio

Josh: I think one of the things that I've always had challenges with is discussion surrounding a CI to student ratio. In medicine, they call this layered learning where everybody's kind of familiar with the attending physician and the senior resident, the junior resident, and then medical students. And so there could be this layered effect to the learning. Josh: Another concept that's often written about in the literature,. particularly from medicine, is called near peer education. They are helping to coach and mentor early professionals, young professionals, and residents, or students alike.
