The Yo-Yo Cycle of the Economy

This cycle is actually more like a yo-yo. Every day you're watching the market, it's going up and down to where it feels like, man, am I getting ahead on this? You begin to start seeing mass layoff announcements. We're already seeing a little bit of this. Elon Musk wants to cut 10% of Tesla jobs or Netflix braces for more layoffs this week. If you continue to see these layoff announcements, that's again a sign that maybe we're entering into some turbulent, uncomfortable, recessionary S territory.
