Two moments in luke that are significant terms of hesid. The first one is of the centurion, who donated a synagogue to capernaum. In six 35, 34 35, jesus says, why do we love our enemies? Cause god loves his enemies. That's what hessed is, kindness to people who don't deserve it. And i call luke the gospel of amazement. It comes after a long discussion on why we should love our enemies.
