The Importance of Honesty in Film
I don't think that anyone, if they're just 100% honest, is going to be interesting on film. I'm better when I'm actively alive, actively kind of participating in the emotions in a more honest way. There's probably more akin to my natural nature, so it comes across as more truthful. But I'm certainly envious of those actors that just have the capacity, the downies, the scarlets that can just sit and exist. And these feel and hold the audience, you know what I mean?
