The Chaos of Sierra Rails

I've noticed like in the past several months, it seems like you've been testing and iterating on your positioning. I would love to know how that process is gone. How much of it is a plan that you had in mind for iteration? And how much of it has just evolved from what you've learned so far. When did to see your rails at this way start? Last January, maybe a little over a year ago.
