Reframe Stress in a More Effective Way
There's a quote from Marcus Aurelius that says the whole universe is change and life itself is but what you deem it either gratefully better than or bitterly worse than something else. What we are angry about for the most part is not the thing it's the story that we tell ourselves about the thing, so reframing can help us deal with our anger in a more effective manner. If I learn to defend somebody taking me down using like grappling as an example if I just learned a sprawl which is to defend someone taking me down maybe for five sessions my stress levels would be reduced drastically.
