Alicia tells parents and guardians to monitor what their kids are doing. It's not about snooping or getting your child in trouble, it's about if something does go wrong, it's there. Megan Meyer was bullied terribly in school and had to move schools because the bullying was so bad. She received a friend request from a user who was claiming to be a 16-year-old boy named Josh Evans. He claimed to live in a city nearby and to be homeschooled. Her captor was sentenced to 19 years and seven months in federal prison; he was released in February 2019 for two more years after violating his parole by visiting pornographic websites.
