The main cardinal signs that you'll see in these patients are pain obviously because it's quite painful. The inability to weight bear a decreased or painful mobility of the hip and there may be some deformity. But what we're most interested in I think is about our assessment. So how are we going to know whether this patient's got a fractured neck of femur and how are they going to present?
