In French, su de-placé means to move physically in general. So you would say like the people of who are doing the riots and the protests, you would say, I de-placed myself into Paris to take part in the protest. Just like the word I used earlier on at lunch, it was ended up being funny. You're going to get this feeling of like moving yourself.
