Introduction

Roy Schwartz is a professor of natural language processing at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He wrote an interesting survey paper entitled efficient methods for NLP, which was released last month. In it he talks about how to get the most out of limited resources through various means. And I think there are still some exciting problems in particular that are open and want to be addressed.
