Is There an Open Source Specification for Bitcoin?

There is an open source specification. We have three or four teams working on the open source specification, similar to lightning. And then we're seeing kind of some new companies emerge. A company wants to a, it's called d l c dot link, and they want to bridge the chain link data feeds into the d l c ecosystem. They've received a grant from chain link to do this. So, i mean, but going back to the corps, like, no specification work. We want to be in open source specification that the entire community can get around,. so that anybody's bitcoin wallet can speak d l c, so to speak. No entering to bets or hedge risk, or
